hahah its a whole new year. 2010!
a new year, a new start. JIAYOU EVERYONE. (esp sec4s like me)
still cant accept the fact that im a sec4. haiz.

okay went to finish hw with marilyn and gary at the airport on 30th dec. den went for pub dinner! :D we talk so much so much during pub dinner. we went back and talk abt the past. the dcomm period, where we fought so hard to get pub back, at the start of 2008. LOL

while packing my table the other day, i found sooooo many stuffs.

i found this christmas card where lingyi sent me when i was p6?
i found all my primary sch's newsletters. (yes i keep them, i dunno why, but i keep them)
i found alot of my birhtday cards, those super old but hand made ones with pop-ups. ><
i found stuffs that i threw behind the pile of books cos i dun want to see them. OOPS :X


haha but now i threw them into my shelf. haha nvm lah, nxt time then pack my shelf. den when i pack it, it will bring back memories all over again. LOL.

exhausted. drained. brain dead.

maybe we shld try to think from each others' point of views and put ourselves into each others' shoes.

you may be saying that you are tired but i can bet you that WE ARE EVEN MORE TIRED. we had meeting till 3am in the mrng, den all of us were writing cards for you all till 4am. after which we only slept for arnd 1hr den we woke up again for briefing to ensure that the whole day runs smoothly. you all had at least 5hrs of sleep den complain that you were too tired to be high. we are alot more tired here BUT we still try to be high, hoping that you all get high with us as well. :D but it jus disappoint us in a way to see things turning out liddat. you may think the activity is useless and crappy, but to everything there's an objective. yupp i went thru that 2 years, good enough so now's your turn. and we thot that it was MUCH MORE lenient then the past 2 years. we were reasonable enough, we alr tried to think abt how you all will feel and stuffs. maybe you all are just too young to unstd, guess you all will unstd aft handover when you all take up the posts. i mean we were once sec2s we seriously noe how you feel. when you are sec2 you think you noe alot, you do alot, etc. but actually YOU DONT. yupp you all will get it nxt year, hopefully by then you all will unstd our 苦心. yupp

BUTBUT overall the camp was FUN!~ hahah
YAY HIGH FIVE WON 2ND :DDDDD
it was seriously unexpected. im like :O hahaa.
tho i wasnt really there with you all the first day except during the night and i didnt really cheered alot due to my wonderful sexy voice thanks to the horrible cough and sore throat. but i guess we all bonded quite a bit ya. i noe i always do stupid things and i zao sia really badly and that makes everyone laugh, which is good. :D i like to see ppl laughing :DDD hahaha
we didnt really do well on the first day, seriously. but nvm 2nd day the adventure woolala we catch up quite alot which is good. WELL DONE!

i noe adventure woolala may be quite boring aft sometime cos you all are doing the same things over and aver again, gg arnd approaching strangers to perform a task. but i guess that's pretty much like council. most of the time you will be performing the same task through out the year as you are having the same roles. you may be very interested and passionate abt your job at the start of the year, but as time passes, as the months go by, you might be feeling a bit sian. that's natural luh. but you just have to keep pushing youself to move on.

during camps, from what i observed, not only in my grp, but generally everyone, needs a push from the facils. actually right, since all of you are leaders, you can take the initiative. that's wad all the sec3s are waiting for i guess? we are waiting for you all to grow and become a better leader. :D

for the upcoming orientation, all of you will be the OGLs alr. now you will be the ones bringing the freshies out of comfort zone, open up and have fun. hope you all have learnt alot from this camp and can apply wad you all have learnt to your life. andand you all will be doing the pushing now. but before you push anyone you have to push yourself :D so ya dun get sian, cos once you do, your whole grp will be. :D best of luck! xD

OMG tmr haf to report to sch at 645am when my sis and all the newbies are only coming at 830am. :O

INITIATION CAMP 2009; CHINA!!((:

HEYHEYHEY. yay finally bothered to post. cos i really want to talk abt initiation camp tho it was long over.


TO ALL CHINA MEMBERS OUT THERE:



THANKS ALOT. i had alot to say but somehow i didnt say it that day. its either im too busy or too tired. but im really happy that we can come tgt as a group. all of you were enthusiastic and made the camp fun and meaningful. altho most of you were injured during the camp, we still enjoyed it aft all. we went thru the tiring physical trngs, the continuous cheering, and the never ending paw-ing(is that how its spelled?) as A WHOLE CHINA :D no matter how tough it is, we still cheered each other on and went thru it as one. thanks for the enthusiasm or the camp wld have bore me to death. hope all of you had learnt alot(maybe frm the inspirational stories? ><) from the camp other than pawing and screaming. XDD haha.


oh and another thing, altho we were announced first, BUT we were actually second. LOL. atlantis was first. marilyn forgot abt her 5 stones in her pocket. haha. so in the end they had 183 and we had 180. but nvm, its the process that we went thru that counts. haha WELL DONE :D

thanks alot for being my partner, choosing the name of the grp, thinking of the grp identity, not forgetting paying for the snacks! thanks for leading and taking care of the grp tgt with me. :D

CHARISSE:

altho you may look quiet but you can really shout. hahha somehow i always can hear your voice. you are always actively involved in the group, helping the group, leading the juniors. it will be better if you are able to speak up more. let more ppl see the potential in you. let more ppl noe how good you are. :D

JOEL:

altho you came in late, but still not too late. early enough for our icebreakers. haha. joel, you've changed. for the better. :D last time your attitude very heck care, sian sian de. but at least all of us, not only me, see that your attitude is improving ALOT. really. we're really happy for you. you are really enthusiastic during the camp, being the first to do everything, volunteering yourself to be the model, trying your best to earn as many stones as possible. dun let this enthusiasm die. keep this passion in you for one more year. jiayou! :D

LIDAN:

you are mostly the one leading the grp in discussion most of the time tgt with the other sec2s. well done! i noe i always call you to raise up your hand de. hahha. cos chances are hard to come by. grab hold of one first, den deal with it. by the time you finish thinking and raise up your hand, its too late alr. you might have just lost a chance. yupp so 把握机会，因为机会难得!

SARAH:

i noe its a bit disappointing to injure yourself at the start of the camp. hope you are feeling better now. altho you're injured, but you still followed the grp arnd, going from station to station. it must have been tough for you to walk with the pain, but you persevered thru it. hope you can apply this perseverance in your future undertakings in council. its gonna be tough. :D

FREDA:

you are certainly a very enthusiastic girl that knows how to encourage ppl on. your 积极的态度 is certainly seen by many of us. oh and not forgetting that you are very very smart at pawing. hahha. thanks to you we've many more stones. continue to be that way, encourage your frens on no matter how tough the council journey maybe. :D

MELVIN:

altho you seem very heck care and un-enthu at the start, but you start to open up very quickly. at first when gary take away 2 stones i was thinking jialat, how many more stones do i haf to give back. but very quickly your attitude changed and earned back 5 stones. hahaha. let this enthusiasm stay within you throughout your council life. :D

QINLIN:

sadly, you missed the camp. but its okay. there are more camps to come! (x

GARY:

okay he's the camp ic, not part of my group, but i still want to thank him for helping my group so so so so much. he came up most of the cheers tgt with me, help me decide and think of the group identity, etc etc. THANKS ALOT MR BOOOMZ. :D

not forgetting to thank mary, clarice, junyang and gary for helping me think of the grp identity and pei-ing me there to buy. (the fact is we jus went there tgt to get all our stuffs, not like they went there specially for me. haha)

exams are over. SCREWED. yes that's the word. not like i didnt study. I DID. but maybe not that much. i admit i studied some subjects later. but i noe i started bio and emaths early. but both are the ones that i think i screw really badly. EMATHS! im supposed to be best at it. i got full marks for every other test but i jus didnt do well for eoy. i think its jus that stress i give myself. i jus stare at the qns in front of me. they look so familiar, yet my mind went blank. SUCK. all efforts down the drain. +claps+ -.-

but during this period of time, this horrible time, i really want to thank those that gave me encouragement to continue studying, those that lend me their set sq, shared hints with me, screamed in council room with me, etc etc. THANKS(: all these time i've been hiding in the council room studying. it's really a good place to study. although it may be noisy, but not as noisy as the canteen. although it may be a little squeezy but better than squeezing with 300+++ ppl outside the hall. really glad that we had a council room right outside the hall. and thinking back the past few days, i think the sec3 councillors actually bonded more tgt. its like we'll scream to relieve stress tgt, we'll share last min impt details tgt, we'll wish each other best of luck, remind each other to bring jacket and calculator, share hints, etc etc. BEST OF ALL WE ARE ALL IN THE COUNCIL ROOM TGT. its like how many times do you see our council room being so 'used'. we hardly even step in, other than pubtions that need to do deco luh. but ya, will miss those times. hope our batch can gather tgt more often, joke tgt more often, laugh tgt more often. HAHAHHAHA :D

okay now that exams are over. wad am i gonna do? i seriously dunno. im not gg for movies, cutting down on dinners, ermerm IM BROKE T_T yupp i guess i will jus be guai and stay at home more often or go mary hse lo. LOL actually i think i shld be spending more time at home. feel really guilty for spending so much time in sch. it's like thanks to exams, where all activities stop, den i can go home early. den i see my ahma so happy. she keep trying to talk to me. like start a conversation all that. den she ask me tmr i need stay back not? going out for dinner? saturday gg to sch? i mean she always asked that and last time it will be a yes all the way. and she will jus say okay. and when my mum scold me, my ahma will side me and say nvm let her go and have fun. i noe my ahma really want to have a good talk with me but really no time sia. feel so guilty. i rmb i used to sit in front of my ahma's chair and listen to her oldoldold stories. ahahhaha. now exams over alr since i have nothing to do, im gonna talk to my ahma more. listen to more of her old stories. YAY((: i love my ahma. hahhaa.

ohya and if you're wondering why im broke. IM NOT A SPENDTHRIFT. i jus eat alot. i guess. i dun spend money on drinks, on tidbits at all. all these save alot of money okay. it's jus that my family is having some economic prob now i guess. my mum pulled me out to talk for 2hrs abt it jus before the day of chi and physics paper. actually my parents have been talking abt it to me ever since start of the year, but i jus dunno how to respond to it. im still a kid, i dunno wad i can do or maybe wad i shld do. LOL but wadever. i may be poor but im happy. :D and im not afraid to let ppl noe im poor. i mean its not my fault that im poor right. -.- dunno why some ppl tend to hide it. oh and i dun need you to pity me too. that's jus dumb. anw, ppl always say "money makes the wolrd go round". i hate that stupid statement but to a certain extend i must agree with it. if you no money you will seriously die. no money to eat, to study, to live. yupp. like wad i heard ppl say before "钱不是万能的，但没钱就万万不能。" yesyes i agree with that line. and my dad always say expect the unexpected. i finally understood. like i nvr expect my family to meet with such a big prob but wadever. ya so save up for a rainy day. i guess my side is drizzling. LOL actually i dun really think im that poor aft all. it's like there are still ppl without a proper roof over their head, no chance to study, no food to eat. compared to them im definitely luckier. haha but obviously i dun count myself rich. im jus somewhere below average. jus like the chi compre in the eoy paper. 知足常乐 :D

okay so from now on im gonna start saving up. thot of starving myself but that obviously wouldnt work. i will jus faint frm the gastric pain. LOL. jus eat lesser ba. hahha. and im gonna study hard. get a scholarship to go into university cos my family obviously cant afford the fees for university, its so bloody expensive nowadays la. STUDY STUDY STUDY. its gonna drive me crazy one day. GAHHHH


too much feelings being bottled up in me. the stress. the worries.
one day im gonna cry all these out, and i will feel better after it.
crying at home will only make parents worry, cry in sch is damn AA.
maybe i will go to the beach and sit in a corner to watch sunrise

LOL. den tues got gastric. wait for welfare finish practising their dance, den go simpang eat tgt. THAT'S WHY I DIDNT TALK MUCH. i was too hungry to talk, IM NOT EMO-ING. zzzzzz. hope nothing happens today XD

sian i dun wan go back to sch le la. waste my time. nxt week monday first period CHEM SPA alr, i havent memorise all the QA stuffs yet. den tues, chi common test. wed INVESTITURE. thurs, hist common class test. friday, BIO SPA. and for those who dunno ITS O LEVEL SPA. like OMG. 20% of your results. :O better study sia.
